Local Government Forum – November 25–26, 2025

Nosalowy Dwór Resort & Spa, Zakopane

On November 25–26, Nosalowy Dwór Resort & Spa will host the Local Government Forum in Zakopane – one of the largest local government events this autumn. The event will bring together representatives of local governments from across the country, experts, and representatives of administration and business to discuss the most important challenges facing Polish regions. The forum is organized by the Institute of Eastern Studies Foundation in cooperation with the Małopolskie Voivodeship and the City of Zakopane.

The main topics of the Forum are:

• sustainable development and local government economy
• security and resilience to crisis situations
• health protection of residents
• demographic challenges and support for seniors
• public transport financing
• implementation of new statutory obligations

The program will include over 100 panel discussions, workshops and presentations, 80 debates and 30 individual conversations, discussions in tracks: security, finance, investments, development, health, culture, sports, climate and environment. All panels, events and discussions will take place at Nosalowy Dwór Resort & Spa, which once again will be the venue for such a large and important event.
